Sales Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to follow-up on new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. This includes incoming quote requests, tradeshow leads and 3rd party leads, among others. Manages and organizes all individual activities such as customer visits, opportunity follow-up, sales pipelines, call/visit report summaries, etc. Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements.
